• Do you recruit trainee dispensing technicians?

Recruitment

Does your pharmacy have the following in place?

• Job descriptions and person specifications for each job role?
• An induction process? Do you explain the vision for your pharmacy?
• A recruitment policy?
• An interview process? Do you use a competency-based approach to interviews?
• Offer and rejection letter templates?
• Work contracts for all employees?
• A company handbook detailing policies and procedures?
