How would you like to boost morale, improve staff performance, enrich customer experience, or increase sales. You could do any or all of these by entering your staff into the Recognition of Excellence Awards.

The RoE Awards celebrate the very best in service and customer care in UK community pharmacy. Now in their 6th year, the RoE Awards are affiliated with Training Matters magazine, the monthly title which supports your staff in their everyday roles working as part of your team: dealing with patients and customers, and handling new initiatives to help your pharmacy run like clockwork.

There are a number of different categories to consider, for medicines counter assistants, dispensing assistants and pharmacy technicians – see box for the full list of categories, with a brief outline of each.

Members of your team can enter themselves, or you can simply nominate them and the RoE team will take it from there. Both options are available on the TM website. Simply choose the most relevant awards, click “Nominate” and fill in the form. 

There is no limit to the number of staff you can enter. We will then arrange a time to interview your team member over the phone and submit the entry to our judging panel.
