NHS Digital has launched a survey to learn how community pharmacy teams would like to see the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) enhanced.

PSNC and the RPS supported NHS Digital in preparing the survey, which asks which changes pharmacy teams wish to see prioritised. PSNC encourages all pharmacy team members to complete it, as the feedback received will help shape changes to EPS with a view to how pharmacy teams and patients can benefit.

This is the first in a short series of pharmacy IT surveys planned by PSNC, NHS Digital and others. Future surveys will look at pharmacy system preferences and digital set-up within the pharmacy.
