The importance of trust in service development

A lot is going to be asked of pharmacy teams in 2024 as new clinical services continue to be rolled out. Trusting, durable relationships between managers and colleagues – as well as patients – will be vital to the successful delivery of these rapidly evolving roles. This module examines how you can prioritise those relationships.

  • Conduct an activity exercise looking at your own approach to trust
  • Understand how you can increase the positives and limit the negatives in your relationships
  • Reflect on your own ‘emotional bank account’ and understand how to maintain a positive balance.
