Create a table with your team members in the first column and tasks that you want to delegate in the first row. For each team member identify which tasks you think that they are competent at, and which tasks they are committed to achieving.
Create a short individual plan for building competence and commitment for each person with a delegated task.
Don’t worry, you can come back and finish the assessment in your own time.
