Community pharmacy contractors only have until 10 September 2017 to act if they did not fully meet the NHS Choices gateway criterion at the April review point of the Quality Payments Scheme.

In August, the NHS Business Services Authority sent an email to contractors who had only partly edited or validated their NHS Choices profile to meet the gateway criterion by the April deadline.

Theese contractors have until 10 September to edit or validate any outstanding sections of their NHS Choices profile. Contractors are warned that failure to do so will mean they do not meet the gateway criterion, and that there is a risk that the Quality Payment already made for the April review point will need to be recovered.

PSNC is advising contractors to check their junk emails in case the email did not go to their main inbox.
