How to apply
There is a specific way to apply Flexiseq to joints, which you will need to explain to customers.

Hands
Apply a pea-sized amount to each knuckle and spread evenly around joint. Avoid washing hands for 10-15 minutes.
Hips
Locate the edge of the hip bone and apply a line of gel as long as an index finger to the soft tissue below, where the bone can no longer be felt.
Knees
Apply a line as long as an index finger to the back and sides of the knee joint. It should not be applied to the kneecap.
Shoulders
Apply a line of gel as long as an index finger to the area corresponding to the pain. It should not be applied to the bone or shoulder blade.
Once applied to the site it should not be rubbed in but left to dry for 10 minutes before covering. If it takes less than 10 minutes to dry then the customer may not have applied enough and they should apply more next time.
