Nytol campaign to boost confidence in use of sleeping aids
Information to help support pharmacy teams to engage with people about sleeping issues is being distributed to pharmacies to coincide with TV and social media activity for Nytol Herbal and Nytol Anti-Snoring Spray (#saygoodnytol).
Holly Turner, senior marketing director at Perrigo, said the aim of the campaign is to help break down fear around the use of sleeping aids. “By helping people understand that sleeping aids do not need to be a last resort and can be used to break a poor sleep cycle, we want to reinvent the category for the millions of sleep-deprived people across the country.â€
Consumers are becoming increasingly mindful of their sleeping habits, says the brand, adding that an estimated 4.8 million sleep deprived people don’t currently purchase a sleeping aid, but say they would consider it.
