More than 10,000 companies have published data, with an average pay gap of 9.7 per cent, reported the BBC.

In total, 8 per cent of companies in the UK reported not finding a pay gap. From within pharmacy, Dudley Taylor Pharmacies and Walter Davidson & Sons Limited reported no pay gap in their company.
