- To assist pharmacists and managers to understand the nature of inspiring leadership.
Objectives:
- Describe the new context for leadership in a changing healthcare environment
- Understand the need for inspirational leadership in the modern workplace and how to achieve it using the 3T model
- Define the process of leadership development using the 4P process.

About this module
Pharmacy needs strong managers, effective leaders and people with the right skills to drive the profession forward. With this in mind, P3 Business CPD modules are written as practical learning tools for use by anyone in the pharmacy team.
