The Quality Payments online declaration portal is open on the NHS Business Services Authority (NHS BSA) website, the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee says. Community pharmacy contractors may access the portal from Monday 13 November to Friday 8 December to complete their declarations.

While the review date is not until Friday 24 November 2017, contractors can start adding data and will be able to re-enter the portal to add information at a later date before the portal closes, PSNC says. However, contractors must remember to re-enter the portal and submit the declaration before 11.59pm on Friday 8 December, or they will not be entitled to a Quality Payment.

Online declarations cannot be altered once submitted, PSNC says, so it is “imperative” that contractors run a thorough check on their declaration before submitting.
