Local commissioners have received their first email newsletter from the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee (PSNC) highlighting the potential of community pharmacy.

The Pharmacy Commissioning emails will link to a new area on the PSNC website on which it will post resources and information for commissioners. 

In a statement PSNC said: €We would be very grateful if pharmacy contractors could help highlight the website address to any local commissioning contacts they have and encourage them to sign up to the mailing list.€

The newsletter ties into PSNC's Think Pharmacy Prospectus, which launched in June. The premise being, that LPCs hold an event which they invite a group of local commissioners to show them the capabilities of pharmacy.
