Welcome to this module in the Business and Management Development Programme

• Understand that change is inevitable and, in more normal times, needs to happen often for everyone to keep pace
• Recognise the emotional stages of change, from initial responses to the motivations to get a change project completed
• Have learned how to manage change within a team, by listening, problem solving and motivating.
