Community pharmacy contractors only have one day left to review their pharmacy’s NHS Choices entry in order to ensure it contains up-to-date information on opening hours, facilities and services provided. The review period for this gateway criterion closes at 11:59pm on 28 April.

An up-to-date NHS Choices profile is a gateway criterion for the Quality Payments Scheme, meaning that without having met this criterion contractors will not be entitled to claim for Quality Payments.

Contractors must edit or validate three parts of the profile in order to meet the criterion:

  • Opening hours
  • Facilities provided (e.g. consultation room, parking etc)
  • Services provided.

PSNC has a handy list of FAQs to help contractors ensure they have met this criterion.
