Local commissioners have received their first email newsletter from the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee (PSNC) highlighting the potential of community pharmacy.

The Pharmacy Commissioning emails will link to a new area on the PSNC website on which it will post resources and information for commissioners. 

In a statement PSNC said: “We would be very grateful if pharmacy contractors could help highlight the website address to any local commissioning contacts they have and encourage them to sign up to the mailing list.”

The newsletter ties into PSNC’s Think Pharmacy Prospectus, which launched in June. The premise being, that LPCs hold an event which they invite a group of local commissioners to show them the capabilities of pharmacy.
