This CPD module is about managing pressure on staff in your pharmacy.  It will consider how to build morale so your team and business thrive in spite of intrinsic and extrinsic pressure.

If you are feeling stressed, you're not alone

Goal:

  • To provide practical guidance on how to lead your team effectively in the face of pressure.

Objectives:

  • To explore the sources of pressure on teams – both internal and external
  • To be aware of the consequences of unchecked pressure in teams
  • To draw up a simple framework that will give you the best chance of maintaining a productive and committed team.

About this module
