This CPD module is about preparing for change. It will consider the factors that may trigger change and how to make sure your business responds to these changes effectively.

It is vital that your business is suitably prepared for when periods of change arrive

Goal:

To develop your ability to prepare for change, so that business priorities can still be met during times of change.

Objectives:

After reading this CPD module you will:

  • Have a better understanding of how you can improve your responses to the change process

About this module

Pharmacy needs strong managers, effective leaders and people with the right skills to drive the profession forward. With this in mind, P3 Business CPD modules are written as practical learning tools for use by anyone in the pharmacy team.
