You will encounter problems and have to make decisions on a daily basis, so honing these two skills is essential for any manager’s success in the workplace.

Goal and objectives:

  • To appreciate the importance of creating structure in order to manage problems and make effective decisions
  • To be able to recognise ineffective approaches to problem solving
  • Learn about problem solving techniques that can be used for day-to-day issues in the pharmacy

About this module

Pharmacy needs strong managers, effective leaders and people with the right skills to drive the profession forward. With this in mind, P3 Business CPD modules are written as practical learning tools for use by anyone in the pharmacy team.
