This P3 Business CPD module is about managing poor employee performance. It will consider the reasons behind poor performance, ways to avoid it, and how to deal with the problem.

Addressing performance issues early can help avoid problems down the line

Goal: 

  • To understand how to effectively deal with cases of poor performance within your team.

Objectives:

  • Review revised guidance on avoiding and resolving performance issues within your team
  • Use a performance checklist to help uncover potential reasons behind performance problems
  • Identify means of managing, and resolving, poor performance issues.

About this module
